Voice Mail Time Change
1. Lift up the handset
2. Press your Voice mail button
3. Press * 2 # (might have to do this twice until the main attendant greeting starts
4. Enter 9632 or 632 (Amy Ronk or Sandy Simmons will come on)
5. IF YOU ARE PROMPTED TO ENTER A PASSCODE and do not know, please
call Total Technology Management
6. You will hear “You have no new messages, would you like to leave any?
7. Press 2 (for NO)
8. “Would you like to access your Set-up options?”
9. Press 2 (for NO)
10. “Would you like to access SYSTEM MANAGER OPTIONS?”
11. Press 1 (For YES)
12. “Would you like to change a mailbox”?
13. Press 2 (for NO)
14. “Would you like to change the opening greeting”?
15. Press 2 (for NO)
16. “Would you like to change SYSTEM SCHEDULE”?
17. Press 1 (for YES)
18. You will hear “The clock is set to?..” Would you like to change it
19. Press 1 (for YES) Enter in the CORRECT TIME.. Then HANG UP.
