Press HOLD

On the keypad enter # 0 * 8 9 7 4

Press Line key # 1 (see note below)

Pres Line key # 8   (see note below)

On key pad enter 31 on keypad

Press Line Key # 2

Press TRANSFER

Press SPEAKER

The line keys are the round button above the key pad that light up for your phone lines.

The line keys count from top left first row has 1-8, second row 9-16 and so on.
